Nhlanhla Khuluse is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, and an associate at Sibeko SS Attorneys specialising in litigation with a particular focus on commercial and family law disputes. In addition, he assists clients in the administration of deceased estates and estate planning which includes family trusts. Nhlanhla brings a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between personal and commercial legal matters.
He advises a diverse range of clients on various aspects of law, which include, commercial and commercial contract drafting, procurement law, administrative law as well as banking and finance.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) and an LLB from UNISA, Darran combines a strong academic foundation with practical expertise to deliver exceptional legal services tailored to each client’s needs.
His career spans over a decade, beginning with roles in administration and conveyancing, where he honed his skills in debt collection, bond registrations, and estate administration. Driven by his passion for helping individuals navigate financial and legal challenges, Darran founded Inkosinathi Debt Counselling Services, where he successfully managed a full-service practice focused on debt review, legal compliance, and client empowerment.
Currently serving as a Candidate Attorney at Sibeko SS Attorneys, Darran is committed to providing comprehensive legal solutions, including voluntary sequestration, estate planning, and other specialized services. His client-centric approach, coupled with his ability to communicate effectively and manage complex legal matters, has earned him a reputation for reliability and excellence in the legal community.
